 Where is Get That Trend located?

Get That Trend is based just outside Donegal town on the Killybegs Road. We have both an online store and a boutique. Our boutique is open 7 days per week. We open Monday-Saturday 10am to 6pm &on Sunday from 12pm-4pm.


I can't complete the checkout process. What should I do?

My order won't complete.  What should I do?

The PayPal checkout system sometimes experiences difficulties in processing debit / credit cards.  If you encounter this problem, you should contact us - we can send you a PayPal invoice which you can pay by credit or debit card to complete your order.


Do I need a PayPal account to order from Get That Trend?

No, you do not need a PayPal account to order from Get That Trend.  The PayPal checkout system will process your credit or debit card for you without setting up a PayPal account.


I am unable to complete my order. What should I do?

Do you have a size guide?  What size should I order?

Sizing on ladies fashions varies greatly, even items from the same brand.  We provide sizing information in the item description.  We welcome your queries on sizing and can give individual specific advice when you contact us regarding a particular item.

How much is delivery?  

Delivery information is provided on our Shipping and Returns page.


How can I track my order?  

You will receive an email from DPD Courier when your item has shipped.  The email will have your tracking number and also a link to the DPD wesbite where you can track your item.  You will also receive a text message giving you a delivery window.

How do I know that you have received my return?
