9 Ways to Style a Peachy-Pink Blazer
Peachy-pink is the new nude - the go-with-anything colour that will be your go-to in your wardrobe. The softer tones of peach-pink lend a more fresh, summery feel to your look. Peach is all over the catwalks and high street at the moment and is the colour of the moment.
Peach suits our Irish skin tone perfectly and looks great on both blonde and dark haired fashionistas. Our item of choice to rock the peach trend is our stunning Soft Pink Blazer - available here at the unbeatable price of just 35 Euro.
We have selected some street styles from Pinterest to give you some ideas of how you might style a peach blazer.
The street styler above has softened the monochrome look with a pink blazer worn with a classic white shirt and black skinnies. She has chosen some nude shoes to keep the look clean and fuss-free. The colour combination is one also favoured by style icon Pippa Middleton who has opted for a frill blouse to complete her look.
We love Jessica Alba's style - she is a huge fan of coloured blazers (and bright colour in general) and no blog post on styling a blazer would be complete without referring to her and her effortless chic looks. Jessica Alba has also opted for the peachy-pink blazer over white top and jeans. She has completed her style with some gorgeous wedge sandals in a metallic colour which complements the pink hues perfectly.
White-on-white remains a big trend this season and this street styler has toned down the sharp, classic look with a soft pastel blazer in pink and a co-ordinating scarf to add a touch of grown-up elegance to her outfit. The classic tailored look of the blazer is in contrast with the soft feminine colouring of the blazer adding interest to the overlook look.
A similar look below but this time with a more casual hint with the softer fabric top and the canvas, casual flatties. This look is perfect for summer day's out and about. The look is kept minimal with the lack of jewellery or bling!
I personally love putting contasting fabrics, colours and styles together. I love the way leather gives a tough masculine look which is perfectly balanced with softer fabrics like lace, chiffon and wool or softer colours like pastels. The image below ticks all the boxes for me. The leather look is softened by the pink blazer and the loose waves in the hairstyle.
Similar contrasts in looks are achievable with jeans and the boyfriend jeans trend is perfect for working the look. The very casual ripped jeans are dressed up with a gorgeous blazer and multiples gold chains to add a feminine edge to the outfit. Once again the classic nude stilettos are used to finish the look. The stunning LV bag provides perfect arm candy.
If ripped boy-friend jeans are a little risque for you then working the look below is a great alternative. Classic clean lines in a soft peachy-pink pastel in a tailored cut, dark blue skinny jeans and simple scoop neck T-shirt complete with classic nude courts. Love this look.
Working on the white-on-white trend, the fashionista below has added a hint of interest to her look with a polka dot blouse. It adds a little fun and makes the outfit less formal.
